Rooms can be booked from 14:00.
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00.
The room rate includes: accommodation, half board, parking, use of swimming pools, wifi, participation in activities, VAT.
The room rate does not include the tourist tax (over 18 years 590,- HUF/person/night).

Our hotel only accepts small, house-trained, hypoallergenic dogs up to 5 kg. We can only accommodate our guests arriving with dogs in Standard rooms on the ground floor. Please indicate that you are bringing your pet when booking! Our pet policy can be found in the GTC.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the value of the reservation must be paid to our hotel within 3 days of booking. The deposit will be sent to our guests by email within 3 working days and in case of non-payment the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival for any reason (different cancellation conditions may apply in certain periods).
In the event of cancellation within 14 days, the hotel will be entitled to the amount of the deposit.
Swimwear and slippers are not allowed in the hotel restaurant, please dress appropriately during meals.
Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel, in the rooms or on the balconies. There are designated smoking areas in the hotel's courtyard and park.
You will need to show your ID/passport and address card to check in at our hotel. Without these documents the hotel is not obliged to check in the guest. Children from the age of 0 years are also required to show identification.
Our hotel does NOT REQUIRE an immunity card for your stay and use of our services.
Our hotel is a SZÉP Card acceptance point. We accept all sub-benefits of the SZÉP Card (accommodation, catering, leisure).
The thermal pools are between 32 and 36 degrees and the outdoor pool is heated according to the weather, between 28 and 32 degrees.
Our outdoor adventure pool is a favorite with the little ones and of course unlimited swimming for children up to 14 years with parental supervision. We do not recommend our thermal pool for children and children under 3 years are not allowed.
Both children and adults must wear swimwear when using the pools. For children who are not yet toilet trained, the use of a swim diaper is compulsory.
Our hotel has only rooms with balcony, with the exception of 1 room.

You can order lunch from the hotel menu every day from 12:00 until 15:00.
We cannot cater for the needs of guests with food intolerances. Please contact us to discuss this.
The spa area is open from 08:00 until 19:00
The value of the hotel services can be paid on the spot in cash, by credit card, debit card, or OTP, MKB, K&H SZÉP card. The guest is obliged to pay the price of the accommodation on the day of arrival and the consumption and services used on the day of departure.
Our hotel has its own parking (not guarded) with a barrier, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The rear car park is closed overnight. No advance reservations are possible.
