Payment instruments
You can pay at our hotel using the following methods:
- cash
- credit card (Master, Visa, Maestro, AMEX)
- Széchenyi Pihenő (SZÉP) Card - you can pay with MKB, OTP and K&H SZÉP Cards (except for the Tourist Tax (IFA), which cannot be paid with SZÉP Cards)
- our own gift voucher
Payment for consumption, services:
Our guests are required to pay the booking price on the day of arrival, but we can only charge their consumption to their room account, which they can settle at the reception on departure.
Useful information about using your SZÉP Card:
- It is important that you activate your card before you use it for the first time - this can be done by phone or online. If you do it by phone, the card will usually be active within 1 hour.
- The services are available to you and your close family members (+life partner).
- When you make a payment, you need to know the amount available in your account, which you can check by logging in to your own site.
- Any services (e.g. massage, consumption) can be paid for at the accommodation with the accommodation service using a SZÉP Card.
- SZÉP Kártyájával foglalót is fizethet. A foglaló SZÉP kártyával történő fizetésekor a későbbi lemondás esetén a befizetett összeg készpénzre nem váltható át, kizárólag szép kártyára történő visszutalás lehetséges.
- MKB és OTP SZÉP kártyás fizetés esetén vendégeink a weboldalunkon azonnal kitudják egyenlíteni az előleg összegét.
- Tourist tax (IFA) cannot be paid by SZÉP Card.
- The MKB Szép Card does not have a unique PIN code. When requesting a PIN code, please enter the following code: 1111.
- To avoid fraudulent use of your SZÉP card, it is important that our colleagues can verify your identity and check the receipt to ensure that the payment transaction was successful.
- The amount allocated in a given year can be used until 31 May of the following year.
