Guests must vacate their rooms by 10:00.

The room rates are always included in the confirmation e-mail and in the package descriptions under the price calculation & booking section.

Use of the room - subject to availability - from 12:00: 15.000,- HUF. Guests can inquire about this option 1 day before arrival.

Room use - subject to availability - until 13:00: 15.000,- HUF. You can inquire about this 1 day before arrival. Room use after 13:00: full room rate.

Cot (with bedding), bath tub, potty, toilet seat, step stool, high chair.

Our hotel only accepts small, house-trained, hypoallergenic dogs up to 8 kg. We can only accommodate our guests in Standard rooms on the ground floor. Please indicate when booking! Our pet policy can be found in the GTC.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required to confirm your reservation to our hotel. The amount and due date of the deposit will be indicated in the confirmation e-mail.

Our cancellation policy is always included in our confirmation emails and in the offers under the price calculation & booking section. Please note that illness does not constitute force majeure, in such cases please contact your insurance company.

Swimwear and slippers are not allowed in the hotel restaurant, please dress appropriately during meals.In case of force majeure, please contact your insurance company.

• It is important that you activate your card before you use it for the first time - this can be done by phone or online. If you do it by phone, the card will usually be active within 1 hour.
• The services are available to you and your close family members (+life partner).
• When you make a payment, you need to know the amount available in your account, which you can check by logging in to your own site. 
• Any service (e.g. massage, consumption) can be paid for at the accommodation with the accommodation service using a SZÉP Card.
• You can also pay a deposit with your SZÉP Card. When paying the deposit with SZÉP card, the amount paid cannot be converted into cash in case of later cancellation, only a refund to a nice card is possible.
• In case of MKB and OTP SZÉP card payment, our guests can pay the deposit immediately on our website.
• Tourist tax (IFA) cannot be paid by SZÉP Card.
• The MKB Szép Card does not have a unique PIN code. When requesting a PIN code, please enter the following code: 1111.
• To avoid fraudulent use of your SZÉP card, it is important that our colleagues can verify your identity and check the receipt to ensure that the payment transaction was successful.
• The amount allocated in a given year can be used until 31 May of the following year.

Our hotel has its own parking lot (not guarded) with a barrier, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The rear car park is closed overnight. No advance reservations are possible.

Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel, in the rooms or on the balconies. There are designated smoking areas in the hotel's courtyard and park.
