Regular guest programme
We would like to thank our returning guests for choosing our hotel repeatedly. To this end, we offer the following discounts:
Silver Package
Anyone can join our frequent guest package on our website and we offer an additional 5% discount on the Garden Experience package price for new bookings.
Our frequent guest discount is available for bookings made between 04 May and 30 September - excluding public holidays and special package offers.
Gold package
After a minimum of 11 room nights in the previous year, we offer an additional 10% discount on the Garden Experiences package on our website for new bookings.
The Frequent Guest discount is available for bookings made between 04 May and 30 September - excluding public holidays and special package offers. The number of nights will be reset to zero on 31 December each year and can be re-collected from 1 January of the following year.
Conditions of eligibility:
- The frequent guest discount must be claimed at the time of booking, and can be claimed at reception on arrival. Please call our staff for assistance if necessary.
- The discount will be granted on the gross total amount stated in the confirmation.
- The frequent guest discount is only valid for direct bookings with the hotel, which must be made by the guest on our website.
- The number of room nights can be collected in one calendar year, between 01 January and 31 December of the given year, per room occupied by the holder of the frequent guest discount.
- Room nights will be totalled by 15 January following the end of the year, after which you will be notified by 20 January.
- The discount is available from 21 January to 21 December of a given year.
- Next year, we will check the number of room nights again and if the above conditions are not met, discounts may be withdrawn.
- The frequent guest discount cannot be combined with any other discounts and cannot be used on public holidays or from our discounted package offers.
- The discount is non-transferable and can only be used by the beneficiary, for a maximum of 1 room per booking, with name and registered e-mail address.
- We reserve the right to make changes.
